The College of New Jersey has one of the most successful Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) Programs in the state. The EOF Program assists highly motivated, economically disadvantaged students not only to attend college but to succeed in college. Since it was established in 1968, more than 1,500 students have earned their degrees as EOF students. Today, about 310 students are enrolled in the EOF program at TCNJ.

Located in suburban Ewing Township, the College’s atmosphere is quiet and beautiful. However, it is conveniently located between Philadelphia and New York City, and only minutes from the state capital, Trenton. It is an ideal and central location, as our EOF students come from all around the state. TCNJ is a short drive from Jersey City, Newark, and Camden and easily accessible from the Trenton train station, with a NJ Transit bus line directly to TCNJ’s student center.
